This Privacy Policy explains how Phase 3 Search LLC (“Phase 3 Search,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our software applications and integrations, including the “Phase 3” application that connects to third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online (the “Software”).
When you authorize the Software to connect to a third-party account, it may access information from that account solely to provide its functionality. Depending on the integration, this may include: business and customer records, time-tracking and billing data, invoice and document data, and file attachments. The Software accesses this information at your direction and only as needed to perform the tasks you initiate (for example, generating draft invoices and attaching supporting documents).
We use accessed information only to operate the Software’s features for you — such as retrieving time and billing data, preparing draft invoices, and attaching supporting files. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The Software is operated by Phase 3 Search for its own internal business use. Access credentials (such as authorization tokens) and any locally cached data are stored on systems controlled by Phase 3 Search and retained only as long as needed to provide functionality. You may revoke the Software’s access at any time through the relevant third-party platform’s connected-apps settings.
The Software relies on third-party platforms (including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Clockify) that you separately authorize. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Phase 3 Search is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
With respect to Intuit QuickBooks Online specifically: we access your QuickBooks data only as necessary to perform the functions you initiate (such as preparing draft invoices and attaching supporting documents), we do not retain that data beyond what is needed to provide the Software, we do not sell or share it, and we handle it in accordance with Intuit’s applicable API terms and applicable law. You can disconnect the Software at any time from your Intuit account’s connected-apps settings, which immediately stops further access.
We take reasonable measures to protect information accessed through the Software, including restricting access and storing credentials securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You control which accounts the Software may access and may disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting will stop further access to the corresponding third-party data.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Software is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
